Women remain underrepresented in automotive industry, study shows

Figures show women remain significantly underrepresented in the automotive industry, with only one fifth of all jobs being held by a woman. According to the most recent study conducted by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, women continue to represent approximately 20 per cent of the automotive segment.
