Tesla to recall 12,300 examples of its Model X with moulding defect – report

Tesla will be required to recall 12,300 examples of its Model X SUV worldwide, according the German national vehicle authority KBA. The agency claims affected Model X vehicles – which were built from 2015 to 2016 – suffer from a potentially-dangerous moulding defect, which could lead to components detaching while in operation.
