UPDATE, 6 January 2021: Toyota Gazoo Racing has announced a reveal date for its new-generation Le Mans racer: 15 January 2021. In a Twitter post, the Japanese performance brand confirmed the Le Mans Hypercar-homologated racing version of the GR Super Sport hypercar will feature a hybrid powertrain, sending 500kW of power to all four wheels. Lightweight wheels wrapped in Michelin tyres will fill the arches, while the racer will tip the scales in at just 1030kg.
