Renault has announced overnight its Formula One team will run under the Alpine flag for the 2021 season. Recently Renault F1 team principal Cyril Abiteboul was appointed as managing director at Alpine – a sports car sub-brand of Renault – helping to lead the company's future while he continues with his duties at the F1 racing team.
