2017-2019 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line recalled, bodywork may detach

Volkswagen Australia has issued a recall of 2627 examples of its 2017-2019 Tiguan R-Line SUV due to a roof spoiler that may detach from the car. The recall notice, lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), says the roof spoiler may partially or completely detach due to inconsistencies in the bonding process.
