Fiat Chrysler Uconnect 5 infotainment system to have over-the-air updates

Fiat Chrysler (FCA) has revealed the design and features of its new Uconnect 5 infotainment system. The underlying hardware now includes 6GB of memory, up to 64GB of flash storage, and a faster processor said to make the whole system five times faster than today's iteration. The new infotainment system is capable of hosting four displays throughout the car, including screens with up to 15 million pixels, which almost enough for an 8K TV.
