Toyota GA-B platform unveiled, likely to underpin new Yaris

Toyota has unveiled its new GA-B platform, the latest to be spun off from the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA). GA-B will be used for vehicles smaller than those current residing on the existing GA-C platform, such as the C-HR, Corolla, and Prius. This fact, combined with the timing of the announcement just ahead of the 2019 Frankfurt motor show, indicates the GA-B platform will be used by the new Yaris.
