Mercedes-Benz G-Class, GLE get 5-star ANCAP ratings

ANCAP has awarded the new-generation Mercedes-Benz G-Class and GLE five-star safety ratings in the latest round of scoring, based on tests conducted by sister firm Euro NCAP. While both recorded adult occupant protection scores of at least 90 per cent (90 per cent G-Class, 91 per cent GLE) the GLE managed the highest child occupant protection score recorded to date, with 92 per cent.
