Lotus Evija: EV hypercar name confirmed

Lotus has confirmed its upcoming 'Type 130' electric hypercar will be called Evija, designed to signify the car's mould-breaking nature for the British brand. Pronounced ev-eye-a, the name means 'the living one' or 'first in existence' in keeping with the fact it's the first electric Lotus, and the brand's first 'hypercar'.
