2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD recalled

Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) has recalled the 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD over concerns about the park brake cable. According to the importer the fitting at the end of the cable might become detached during use, posing a risk of the park brake releasing unexpectedly. A total of 107 units are included in the campaign – a VIN list is attached here. HSV will contact owners of the affected vehicles and advise them to get in touch with their dealer for a free fix.
