Ford confirms Mondeo Hybrid estate for Europe in 2019

Ford Europe has confirmed it will offer a petrol-electric Mondeo Hybrid estate in Europe next year, forming part of an "enhanced range" of hybrid vehicles headed for the region in 2019. Developed "exclusively for Europe", it's the first time the Blue Oval has offered its hybrid mid-sizer in wagon form. Currently, the Mondeo Hybrid pairs a 2.0-litre Atkinson cycle petrol engine and a generator with a 1.4kWh lithium-ion battery pack.
