2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed: Our favourite photos

Another year, another standout Goodwood Festival of Speed, with dozens of brands big and small taking the opportunity to tear up the hill and make noise – the latter occurring often while simply sitting still.

This year brought debuts for new homegrown specials like the Jaguar XE SV Project 8 and the Aston Martin Vulcan AMR Pro, along with the stealthy Rolls-Royce Dawn Black Badge. And, while McLaren’s new 720S had already been revealed, the company rolled out a life-sized Lego version with 280,000 pieces in play.

From across the water, Porsche’s 911 GT2 RS made its live premiere, and Maserati’s GranTurismo and GranCabrio models – now into their 10th year on the market – were also revealed with new exterior and interior tweaks.

Here’s a selection of favourite photos from this year’s event, and there’s even more in the gallery. Enjoy!
